Mega Pile Rebar Processing Plant
A strategic decision was made on 1 July 2007 to design and implement a ‘ReinforcementProcessing Plant’, to optimise labour and materials for the manufacture of ‘pile cages’ for the various job sites. The processing plant has been implemented and is taking advantage of the following:

• Mass production of pile cages
• Structural stability of rebar in cage format
• Optimising labour costs
