Meyker Construction (PTY) Ltd was established during 1996 as a Civil Engineering and Construction Company, a BEE transaction being subsequently concluded during 2006 with Re Teng Business Enterprises, a broad based BEE company, resulting in the establishment of Meyker Re Teng Construction (PTY) Ltd.

Meyker Re Teng BEE Shareholders carry full equity and voting rights , ensuring their full participation as active partners in the management and operations of Meyker Re Teng.

The construction work is performed in South Africa and in neighboring African countries. This emanates from various government related bodies and to a lesser extent the private sector. This company differentiates itself from other construction companies in the sense that it also undertakes unique and diversified construction projects with tight time constraints often in remote areas.

The company is managed by Jannie Gutter,(Pr Ing; B.Com) in association with competent staff consisting of professional engineers, national diploma engineers, surveyors, registered management accountants and people with years of construction experience.

The company provides comprehensive service focusing mainly on:

• Road construction and Road Rehabilitation and associated infrastructure development, including bridges, culverts and dams.
• Crushing of aggregates
• Spoornet related specialist work – civil work on/from rail tracks.
• Telecommunications infrastructure – Vodacom
• Optic fiber infrastructure
• Civil work related to Power Line infrastructure
