Sanprop is the property development arm of Sanyati Construction (Pty) Ltd. The company is a well established property developer involved in commercial, industrial and residential developments.
An experienced team provides turnkey development solutions. Sanprop advises clients on all aspects of planning and design, in keeping with surrounding and current trends and environmental requirements.
Rusinga Building (Pty) Ltd is the building division of Sanyati Construction (Pty) Ltd. Rusinga undertake building works for other companies within the Group, as well as for external clients – both private and government.
The company is currently involved in contracts throughout KZN, Eastern-Cape and Zambia. These contracts comprise Residential Developments, Hospital extensions, Industrial factories, Office complexes and Upmarket Bush lodges, varying in value from R5 Million through to R60 Million.
