The divisions of the group operate mainly in the following areas:
- Sanyati Coastal - Kwa-Zulu Natal and Eastern Cape
- Sanyati North - Gauteng, Mpumalanga, North West and Limpopo
- Sanyati Central - Free State and Northern Cape
- Sanyati Piling and Geotechnical - Gauteng, Mpumalanga, North West and Limpopo
- Sanyati Conform - Countrywide and various neighbouring countries.
