 Contracts currently underway include :
- Fischer Road: 14,000m2 of new mini-factories in Hillcrest KZN. Expected completion in February 2009
- Le Domaine: construction of retirement complexes within Le Domaine Retirement Village in Hillcrest, KZN. Contract now in the final stages – expect to be complete by the end of November this year.
- Richmond Shopping Centre: construction of a new 8,000m2 shopping cente in Richmond, KZN. Shopping Centre is now trading – we expect to be complete with all the external works by shut-down .
- Royal Chundu Lodge: a new 20-bed river lodge on the Zambezi River, 60km west of Livingstone in Zambia. Contract expected to be complete in August 2009.
- Circus Triangle Shopping Centre: alterations and additions to the existing shopping centre in Mthatha, Eastern Cape. Completion expected towards the end of January 2009.
 20a Village Road: – a new Office block in Kloof KZN , scheduled for completion in February 2009.
- M3 Forensic Mortuary at Park Rynie KZN: New R40 mill Mortuary for the Department of Health . Contract commenced in August this year with a 36 month contract period
- Gamalakhe Community Health Centre – a new R42 mil Health centre for the Department of Health comprising new clinic, guardhouse,refuse area and external works , valued at R40Million . Contract scheduled for completion in March 2010.
Rusinga are registered with the NHBRC , KZN MBA and have a CIDB rating of 9GB .
